Plank/Pull-Up Combo:

1.5 min plank + 8 pull-ups
1.0 min plank + 5 pull-ups
1.0 min plank + 6 pull-ups

Thickbar Deadlift:

135lbs x 7
135lbs x 6

*3 warm-up sets; last set is for max reps

(did alternate grip on third set)
