Modified "Barbara" (29 mins w/ rest)

5 rounds of:

10 pull-ups*
20 sit-ups
30 push-ups
40 squats

*3 max; cheat w/ static holds, jumping pull-ups, etc.

(1.5 to 2 mins rest b/w sets)

1 mile walk with the fam
