[Squat Workout]

Squat: 170lbsx6, 180lbsx4*
Lunge/Hip Thrust Combo: 30 lunges/20 hip thrusts x 3
Zercher Squat w/ Sandbag: Medium Bag x 20, Heavy Bag x 15

*tried to retest max to accommodate new squat form
