Technique Day

Various snatch position practice

Clean 135lb, press OH, and walk across yard; drop repeat back to shed.

135lb standing holds for 20-30 seconds, a few times.

Pull-Ups: 1/2/3/4/5/6/3

25 KB Swings

Pool: Breaststroke 6 pool lengths.
