AM Workout

5x5 Bench w/ 140lbs (8 reps on last set)

TFT:

50 reps of 20lb DB flyes

5 Rounds of:

Incline: 75 lb bench
3 to 5 pushups

Then:

Skull Crushers: 10 reps w/ 15lb DBs

PM Workout

5 Rounds of:

10 squats
10 pushups
7 to 10 ab wheels
1 to 3 pullups
